We hold no formal security certifications and claim none. Here is how it works instead.
- Signed approvals. Every approval is cryptographically signed, so a forged one is refused.
- A sealed assistant per client. Your assistant runs in its own sealed container.
- Keys the model cannot read. The keys that connect your accounts sit where the AI model is blocked from reading them.
- Approvals you can read in full. Every draft is shown to you whole before you tap.
- A history you can read. In the vault, every change carries its author, human or AI, and history only grows.

The files are yours

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or your own agent: anything that speaks MCP arrives under its own name, with its own permissions.
Locked per file, not per folder
Open a folder to the whole team, freeze one file to read-only, and keep a private tree that not even an admin can open.
Your own instance
Each team gets its own instance and its own files. Notes are not stored in a database table with anyone else's.
The vault is drawn like a 1984 desktop on purpose: a file is a file, and it stays yours. Built today: the live vault, per-file access, full history, the graph map and the agent connection. On the roadmap: semantic search.
Questions, answered
Will it send something I did not approve?
No. Every email and every calendar change waits for your tap, and you see the whole draft first. The only exceptions are ones you set up yourself: a standing rule you approved for named people, or a group helper you set to work on its own inside its group. Approvals are cryptographically signed, so a forged one is refused.
Who sees my data, and does it train models?
Your assistant runs in its own sealed container, and the keys that connect your accounts sit where the AI model is blocked from reading them. To write a draft, the relevant text is processed by an AI model provider named on the privacy page. That policy says it plainly: we do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on it.
Is it certified?
Every approval is cryptographically signed so a forged one is refused, every client gets a sealed assistant of their own, and every draft is shown to you in full before you tap. The privacy page lists what we store.
What works today, and what is coming?
Today: a private assistant you reach by text or voice, a morning brief, goals and tasks, drafts that wait for your tap, and connections to Gmail, Google Calendar and Granola, in a Mac app. An iPhone app, and meetings and Zoom in groups, are coming soon. We mark what is not ready yet, every time.
What does it cost, and do I need a card?
Every approved member starts with a free trial of 30 days, and no card is needed. Plans are coming. If we approve a good-cause organization, it uses Memava free throughout the beta, and optional add-ons, such as extra AI usage, are not included. The vault is a separate product with its own trial and plans, on the pricing page.

We are opening Memava Chief of Staff to a small Founding Circle: family offices, the organizations they back, and the people who run their day. A person reads every request, and we would rather get to know you before we set up your assistant. If someone introduced you, name them when you ask.
Which tools does it connect to?
Today it connects to Gmail and Google Calendar through one Google connection, and to Granola for your meeting notes. You choose what to connect, and you can take access back at any time, at Google or by writing to us. Meetings and Zoom in groups are coming soon.
Can I leave, export or delete my data?
Yes. Take your assistant's access away whenever you like, at Google or by writing to support@memava.com, and ask us to delete your data: the delete your data page has the steps. In the vault, export gives you every note and file you can read, as plain files, whenever you want them.
